Character: The Prince
Series: Katamari Damacy
Version: post-first game. I haven’t played much of the second game, but it doesn’t really have much of a plot anyway...
Age: Hard to tell. From his small size you’d think he was a child (except he’s not), so I’m going to say he’s a teenager at 15. A very naïve 15...
Gender: Male
Sexuality: What is this sexuality? Can it be eaten? No preference. After all, he has fun with ALL of his cousins.
Appearance: He’s a little green dude standing tall at his 7 whole centimeters. (He grew two centimeters by the end of the game! The King of all Cosmos was so proud.) He sports a pair of stylish purple pants and a green top that covers his hands and part of his head. There is a dark green fringe on the bottom of his shirt. His head is shaped like a hammerhead shark’s, only more rounded and less menacing. The tips of his head are fringed in bands of light green and capped at the very end in dark green. A yellow antenna protrudes from his head and is topped by a beautiful, red ball. He has small, black eyes, a light orange, triangle nose, and a square, red mouth. His whole faced is framed in a yellow, square outline. Oh yes, he just exudes sex god. And, because I like how he looks in it, he’s going to be wearing a striped, light and dark blue scarf. (It was a present you could get in the game. I, sadly, haven’t found a picture of it on the net. I’ll try drawing one.) Just take my word for it; it is very sexay.
Oh yes, he is most definitely trippin’.
Personality: (Voiced by the King of All Cosmos.) The Prince obeys us without question. He is a very good Prince. We should say he has a good personality, but we don’t know as we don’t pay much attention to him. But he is very small. This is a personality trait, yes? If we did not ask him to roll up people all the time, then he would probably be very nice to them. Until he is stepped on, that is. Then he will be a nice gum stuck to their shoes. We like gum.
Abilities/Weaponry: His katamari will roll you up and spit you out! If it had a mouth, that is. Anyway, it is a sticky ball that he can use to pick things up. As things begin to layer on it, it grows larger and he can pick up bigger things. Maybe it’s not so great for battle... Anyway, while the katamari comes in many colors, he will be using his classic blue katamari that is covered in yellow bumps. It’s my favorite.
Weaknesses: He is very small. (Even in the rp he will be small.) He is naïve, as the King of All Cosmos has not felt it time to impart to him the knowledge of the universe. (As far as The Prince knows, babies come from the stork like in the game’s intro.) His katamari takes time to build up, so it is not a very useful weapon in combat.

History: The Prince was born into a loving family. Sure, his father was the King of All Cosmos and a drunk and his Mother was absolutely oblivious to the King’s affair,* but they got along all right. Then, disaster struck! Well, actually, the King struck. He got himself seriously drunk and ended up destroying all the stars in the cosmos. Oh, the horror! But did The Prince quake under this pressure? Hell no! He got out his handy, dandy notebook katamari and had the (now not drunk) King of all Cosmos beam him down to Earth to roll up a whole bunch of stuff like ice-creams, elephants, and superheroes. For great justice! As his katamari grows and grows so too does the King’s love for him. Or maybe not. When his katamari is big enough he sends it to the king so he can put it up into the night sky as a star. Then he starts on another one. Oh, what a good Prince! His last task is to replace the moon, which he does with flying colors. At the end of the game, The Prince has succeeded in replacing all the stars his father had destroyed. Or has he…? I guess not, because they made another game.

*There is no evidence to suggest that the King is having an affair. But with so many groupies...
